After graduating from college, I spent several years working with my family in the field of property management and investment Real Estate in Waterloo, Ontario.  I began my Real Estate career in 2001 in Toronto, where I have worked selling fulltime in the commercial, residential (regular homes and condos in addition to high-end), as well as the investment Real Estate field.  

In 2015, Dana and I had fulfilled our long term goal of moving to beautiful Victoria, where both of us are actively working with Sutton West Coast Realty.  


I believe that specialization is of utmost importance in today's Real Estate market.  I personally specialize in resale homes and condos as well as investment real estate exclusively located in Victoria and the Westshore.  I am focused on this area, as it allows me to provide excellent service to both Victoria homebuyers and sellers.  Since my clients are relying on my expertise, I consider it my responsibility to be informed on the competition, such as which homes have recently been put on the market, which homes are receiving offers, as well as recent price reductions.  By gathering this information on a daily basis, I have the knowledge and ability to provide first-class service to my clients. 


Providing great service to all of my clients has always been one of my top priorities.  The amount of disclosures and paperwork has tripled since I began my career in Real Estate.  This requires the staffing of a full-time assistant dedicated to following up on responding to the many requests, emails and calls generated by buyers, sellers, as well as co-operating agents.  My assistant is outstanding in this capacity and her efforts allow me to dedicate my time to what I do best:  prospecting for buyers and sellers, networking with other agents, negotiating contracts, and marketing your home.  


As a Realtor, I have made a commitment to my clients.  Part of that commitment involves terms such as 'good faith', 'diligent effort', 'looking out for the best interests of the client', etc.  Please know that I take all of this very seriously.  As a client, you will be treated and serviced as I'd want to be treated and serviced.
